This interactive activity engages students in real-world pricing decisions by having them develop a pop-up café and determine how external factors, location and target market, affect pricing strategies. Students will work in small teams to create their café concept, analyse different pricing strategies, and set menu prices based on their chosen business location and ideal customer.
This hands-on activity builds students’ business decision-making skills, deepens their understanding of cost structures and pricing models, and strengthens their teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
