We are committed to providing high-quality services through Ripyl® Pro. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, we offer a money-back guarantee under the below conditions.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

• The request must be made within the first three months of purchase.

• The user must not have downloaded a 10-part module and/or more than 10 total resources.

• Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or confirmation email) must be provided.

• We will verify all downloads through our software application to determine eligibility.

Exclusions

There are no exclusions to this money-back guarantee; however, there are no partial refunds under any circumstances.

Refund Process

• To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at hello@ripyl.net.

• Provide the necessary details, including proof of purchase and reason for the request.

• Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate this money-back guarantee at any time. Changes will be communicated through our official website or via email. It is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with these changes through this page.
